New automotive center opens at Westlake
Town Center Complete Automotive focuses on preventative services.
Harold Fralin said he knows how important it is to have your car start and run properly every time you turn the key. On July 12, he opened Town Center Complete Automotive in Hardy to address that need.
Fralin, the service manager, said Town Center offers complete preventative services to stymie major automotive problems before they start.
"Repairs are always more expensive than preventative maintenance," he said.
At the shop, Fralin, Robert Jones and Robert Parker offer services such as oil changes, fuel injection and radiator flushes, brake and transmission service, and belt and hose care. They also offer automotive detailing.
In addition, they offer fleet accounts for large companies with multiple vehicles, Fralin said.
"Everything that we do will be by the book," said Fralin. "When we quote a price, it will be directly off the computer, what the labor rate calls for."
The shop is located in the former Alan Mullins building at Westlake Towne Center behind Kroger. It has six bays for vehicles. Fralin said appointments are welcome and walk-ins will be assisted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Fralin said the shop offers vehicle pick-up and delivery within a reasonable distance. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted.
Town Center Complete Automotive is a member of the SML Regional Chamber of Commerce and a ribbon-cutting will be held late this year or early 2011, said Fralin.
After the business has been open for six months, vehicle inspections will be offered, said Fralin.
Town Center Complete Automotive is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. 157 Westlake Road, Hardy. 719-3523.
