Five Minutes of Fame Remixed

The waters off of Indian Pointe Marina in Hardy was the setting for Five Minutes of Fame, a wakeboarding contest sponsored by Wake N Skate and Magnum Boating on Aug. 28. Joel Wagner of Hardy was the winner in the Men’s Open division, and Emylee Wright took top honors in the Women’s Open. Other winners were: Mark Kirk, Outlaw; Chris Bittinger, Expert; Tyler Koeller, Advanced; Micah Gaudio, Masters Open; Shane Hardy, Mens Intermediate; Joy Manning, Women’s Intermediate; Ed Wagner, Veterans; and Kelly Woolwine, Men’s Novice.
