A grand opening is scheduled for LakeWatch Club, a new development by Trey Park on Dudley Amos Road in Moneta. The Saturday, June 26 grand opening celebration, scheduled for 5 to 7 p.m., will be a family friendly event featuring property tours and catering by Jonathan's Restaurant.

RE/MAX Lakefront Realty Inc. is sponsoring the RE/MAX hot air balloon for the event. Tethered rides in the 70-foot-tall balloon will be available. The balloon is one of more than 100 hot air balloons in the world that carry the red, white and blue RE/MAX trademark.

LakeWatch Club is a 95-acre community that will include 28 lakefront lots and 12 estate lots. The properties feature lake and mountain views, a gated entrance and private roads. According to the master plan, much of the acreage will be left undeveloped.
