On Oct. 15, deputies with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office served multiple drug indictments obtained through the grand jury. Sixteen people were charged on 32 drug-related indictments, according to a news release from Capt. Phillip Young.

According to the release:

Jeffery Lynn Blankenship, 49, of Penhook was charged with manufacturing marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of a firearm with over 1 pound of marijuana.

Amanda Elizabeth Harding, 29, of Huddleston was charged with two counts of distribution of a schedule I or II controlled substance, possession of ammo by a convicted felon and felony child endangerment.

Randal Eugene Manley, 59, of Henry was charged with three counts of possession of a schedule I or II substance, possession of a firearm with a schedule I or II controlled substance and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Jerry Lee Hodges, 59, of Ferrum was charged with two counts of manufacturing marijuana and two counts of possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

Mary Elizabeth Blankenship, 38, of Rocky Mount was charged with distribution of a schedule I or II controlled substance and conspiracy to distribute a schedule I or II controlled substance.

Shannon Lee Saari, 33, of Wirtz, Randall Layne Stump, 36, of Ferrum, Shawn Delante Wright, 31, of Rocky Mount, Lorrie Earlene Hicks, 23, of Rocky Mount, Teresa Gayle Craighead, 42, of Rocky Mount, Jerry Wayne Underwood, 34, of Callaway and Julie Lynn Law, 29, of Boones Mill all were charged with two counts of distribution of a schedule I or II controlled substance.

Christopher Lyn Tolley, 43, of Rocky Mount, Tiffany Michelle Hodges, 44, of Ferrum, Ethan Ryan Hundley, 26, of Glade Hill and Amanda Dawn Martinez, 39, of Glade Hill each were charged with distribution of a schedule I or II controlled substance.
